Tommies are familiar opposition to Vesey, with the sides meeting in the semi-finals of the Vase last season. Tommies got off to a flying start in that fixture, taking a 17-0 lead in the opening 12-minutes. Despite a valiant comeback from Vesey, they just ran out of time and the final score was 23-19.
It would be fantastic to see as many Old Veseyans as possible supporting the boys on Friday in what promises to be a tense, tight affair between two evenly matched sides.
