As the Development Office continues to grow (752 members established in just under 10 months since its launch in February), we are looking to appoint Year Group Representatives (YGR).


These YGR will help to get more alumni from a particular year group engaged with the platform, events, mentoring.


Our first YGR has already been appointed, Clive Burkin (OV1972). As a member of Veseyans RFC for several years, and a former Chairman of the OVA, Clive is in a fantastic place to spead the word to the rest of his classmates.


Ahead of our ambitious plans for Vesey 2027 we want to try and engage with as many alumni as possible. Although we have had fantastic growth since launching the platform, the highest number of alumni signed up from one year group (congratulations to the Class of 1991) is still only 13, around 10% of the total pupils attending during that time.


There is still a lot of work to do in finding this missing alumni, and we need the help of the Vesey community in spreading the message of what we are trying to achieve.
