The second annual BVGS Golf Day will be held at Wamley GC on Friday 9th June 2017. After the success of last year's event where 116 participants helped to raise £7,500 in order to give students improved quantity and quality of sports provision, we are expecting this year's event to sell out! Tee-offs are available form 8.00am until 3.30pm, with prizes being awarded once the last group is in the clubhouse.
The cost of the day is £75 per person and the format is a Pairs Betterball Stableford competition with 90% handicap allowance. Each player gets tea/coffee and a bacon sandwich on arrival and a 2-course hot buffet after their round.
There will be a £1500 prize table, with the top-5 pairs all walking away with fantastic Under Armour golf kit. There will also be prizes for Nearest the Pin, Longest Drives and a Beat the Pro competition. There will also be the opportunity for each player to win a brand new car if they can achieve a hole-in-one on the iconic 18th hole!
