The 2018 Jobs and Careers Fair on Friday 8th February from 11am-2.30pm. We are looking to attract 50 of the UK’s top employers for our bright, well-rounded students to connect with.
All speakers will have a tour of the school, and lunch with Headteacher Dominic Robson and other OV returning to the school.
Our event is open to current students from Yrs11-13 (16-18ys old) and recent leavers (18-24yr olds) so there should be a cross-section of individuals looking for a variety of roles from summer internships and work placements to apprenticeships and graduate jobs. This will be compulsory event, which should see over 500 students in attendance.
The career seminars will see panels of four to six people in similar industries talk about their experiences. There will also be a short period for students to ask questions, with the session lasting about one hour in total (11.15am-12.15pm and 12.15-1.15pm).
