Last week corporate partners PLANit Global took exhibition space last week at the GESS show in Dubai, largest educational suppliers show in the region and met with some amazing businesses and schools – some which have already registered on the Platform! This is a precursor to further expansion in the UAE and elsewhere in the region.
This week they are in Bahrain preparing for their launch this Thursday at the Intercontinental Regency in Bahrain. PLANit have over 100 guests attending including members of the Royal Family and the British ambassador, Simon Martin.
The appetite and interest from Business to support the ‘Children of Bahrain’ is a world away from the apathy usually received in the UK. There is a real desire from businesses at a very senior level, to engage and support young people to transition from education to the world of work. So far PLANit Global have met with multi-billion dollar, CEO’s and small business owners and the attitude is the same – a wish to see the next generation become the employees they need in their businesses.
